4. Menentukan safety stock berdasarkan deviasi, lead time & service level
5. Teknik inventory replenishment (mengisi kembali stock): re order point, periodic review, time phase order point, visual system
6. Berapa banyak yang harus di order: economic order qty, period order qty, lot for lot
7. KPI inventory: inventory turn over, days of stock, cash to cash cycle
8. Lean inventory
