Objective:
Sebuah program “penyegaran” untuk perubahan kualitas leadership yang “tidak biasa”, yang akan membuat anda berubah untuk lebih dicintai oleh team, lebih dihormati dan dihargai anak buah anda dan karenanya menambah efektifitas kepemimpinan dan kinerja anda secara “surprising” (an ultimate higher achievement & leadership success).

Jadwal Workshop:Day 1
1. Brain gym & mindset change menuju pencerahan baru dan perubahan paradigma pemimpin (senam otak, song, indoor)
2. Passion in Titanic (film, 10’, indoor) & sharing
3. Ultimate inspiration dari “Brave heart” (film, 30’, indoor) & sharing
4. Transformasi leadership (quality vs people vs result)
5. Tiga prinsip perubahan pemimpin(role modelling is action not promise)
6. Leadership Values (nilai-nilai pemimpin sukses dunia)
7. “Can-do” attitude, creativity & innovation (games, pencil & egg drop, outdoor)
8. One purpose in my life (games, outdoor with “buddy”) & group sharing
9. Self discovery (What I really need & what I really don’t need) (games, outdoor with “buddy”) & sharing

Bonus: wisdom leadership & servant leadership oleh guest speaker

Day 2
1. Your Leadership Skill (You are a motivator & an inspirator)
2. Your leadership profile (task oriented: analyzer, controller, people oriented: supporter, promoter) (games, group, indoor)
3. Your team profile (a guideline for your team)
4. Man of Honor: 12 ultimate steps to passion of success (film, 10’, indoor)
5. Project improvement & commitment to change melalui 90-days-to-change program (follow-up after workshop, formula 0-1-90, 1P-1P project )

Participants:
All GM, Managers & Senior Supervisors, leaders, consultant.
Jumlah peserta efektif: dibatasi maksimal 15 orang. Cepat daftar sebelum ketinggalan.

Method of Learning
